Request Schedule Change

How the process works

Fill out the form below. After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email and the opposing coach will receive a notification email. As soon as we receive a confirmation email reply from the opposing coach, the schedule online will be updated. The change does not become official until the online schedule has been update.

How to schedule a change?

1. Confirm the new date, time, and/or location with the opposing coach.

2. Fill out the form on the left.

3. The opposing coach is then notified twice of the proposed change.

3. As soon as the opposing coach confirms the change in a reply email, the change becomes official.

If we do not receive a confirmation email from the opposing coach, the schedule is not updated.
